COVID-19 INFORMATION (UPDATED March 16, 2020)
To Our Patients:
Your safety is our top priority and we are writing to update you on our current policies regarding the Coronavirus. As you are aware, there is a worldwide spread of the virus and we are doing everything we can to keep our patients and staff healthy and safe. We are monitoring guidance from the CDC and other authorities daily.
At this time, we remain open, but are taking multiple precautions for the safety of our patients, their families and our staff.
To protect our patients and our team, we kindly ask that you do not come in and call to reschedule your appointment if:
- you or anyone in your family has a cough, cold or flu-like symptoms
- you or anyone in your family, workplace or friends may have been exposed to COVID-19 either from within the US or outside the US
- you or anyone in your family have traveled outside the US in the past 30 days
We have waived our cancellation fees for these situations.
We have augmented our usual meticulous infection control protocols with additional measures, including public surface disinfection every hour and removal of all reading materials from our waiting rooms. We have instituted enhanced exam room and testing equipment disinfection and protocols.
Additionally, we kindly ask that when you do arrive for your appointment, you come to the office either alone or with not more than 1 additional family member or friend. If you must bring multiple family members, we ask that you either have them stay in the car and not enter the office or reschedule your appointment.
